Greetings Scouters,
The Rancho del Mar District Awards Committee is accepting the final nominations for the Award of Merit, and Cub, Scout and Venturer Leader of the Year. Nominations for Award of Merit and Cub, Scout and Venturer Leader of the Year are due this Roundtable on February 12, 2009. Nominations for the Extra Miler Awards are due March 1st, 2009. We need your assistance in nominating outstanding Cub and Scout Leaders in our district. Awards are to be presented at the Annual Rancho Del Mar District Dinner on Thursday, March 12, 2009. Adult volunteers from the Cub Scout and Boy Scout programs will be selected for these Rancho del Mar District Awards based upon their exemplary contributions to Scouting at the unit and/or district levels.
